Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanic has endured a disappointing season at Barcelona, but is not yet saying whether he wishes to commits his future to the Catalan club or seek a transfer elsewhere.

In an interview with Bosnian television outlet Federalna TV the 31-year-old stated “I;m enjoying my holiday with my family, that’s all I’m thinking about.”

The player added that he intends to reconvene with the rest of the Barca squad for the time being, and will commit to the club as long as he is still there.

Pjanic enjoyed nearly a decade of success in Serie A between 2011 and 2020, as a key player for Roma and then Juventus.

Given how well-regarded the Bosnian was in Italy, it has come has a surprise that he has not been able to replicate the form he showed in Serie A in very limited minutes under head coach Ronald Koeman at the Camp Nou.

However, Pjanic’s talents are still admired in Italy and he has been linked with a move to Inter.
