Alex Cordaz is all set to leave Crotone and sign a 2-year deal with Inter, with only the signatures on the contract left before the deal is made official.

Italian media outlet FCInterNews are reporting that the soon to be former Crotone goalkeeper’s agents have finalized details on a contract that will make Cordaz an Inter player until the end of June 2023.

Cordaz’s agents Gerry Piccolillo and Daniele Piraino did not make any statements after the end of their meeting with Inter, but are understood to have had a productive engagement towards the end of bringing Cordaz to Inter.

The former Inter primavera goalkeeper Alex Cordaz is set to earn €150.000 net per season according to the report.

Cordaz will likely be the third-choice keeper in the upcoming season, certainly behind captain Samir Handanovic, though it remains to be seen who the Nerazzurri will sign as backup to the Slovenian.

Cordaz came through the youth ranks at Inter, though he left the club in 2006, and made his name at Crotone where he made an impressive 231 league appearances with the Calabrian club.
