Serbian winger Filip Kostic is a target for Inter, but no agreement has been reached between the Nerazzurri and Kostic’s current club Eintracht Frankfurt.
This according to SportItalia and Gazzetta dello Sport transfer market expert Alfedo Pedula, who claimed on Twitter that any deal for the Serbian is still far away.
Kostic is thought to be a player who the Nerazzurri admire because of his suitability to play the left-sided role under incoming manager Simone Inzaghi.
The 28-year-old has also been linked with a move to the Giuseppe Meazza in the past, under previous manager Antonio Conte.
It is understood that Kostic’s profile and style of play are admired at Inter and that the club would be happy to bring him into the squad, but nothing concrete has brought him closer to appearing in Inter colours.
Inter may look to seriously begin negotiations with Eintracht to sign the Serbian who was integral to the German club’s impressive fifth-place Bundesliga finish.
#Kostic–#Inter: operazione oggi tutt’altro che in chiusura. Profilo che piace, nulla di più
