Inter winger Ashley Young is being pursued by multiple Premier League clubs, according to a report in the English media today.
As was reported by Sky Sports, the English winger could make a return to the Premier League should he choose to reject the offer Inter have put on the table.
Inter had looked set to release both Ashley Young and Andrea Ranocchia this summer as their contracts run out, but now the Nerazzurri have offered a one-year extension to both players. They have been given a week to respond before they can decide to join new teams.
Ashley Young’s former club, Watford, has just been promoted back to the Premier League and were seriously considering a move for the player. They are now back-tracking because the deal may be too expensive for them.
Other English top-flight sides are keeping an eye on developments though should the ex-Manchester United man turn down Inter’s offer.
