Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan is close to a departure from the San Siro, with Cagliari set to buy the player outright.
Italian transfer market expert reported moments ago on his show on Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia moments ago that the Belgian is close to becoming a Cagliari player permanently.
The 33-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan with the Rossoblu, where he helped Leronardo Semplici’s side avoid relegation.
The player’s desire to stay in Sardinia had been known, and Cagliari were thought to be keen on retaining his services, and Di Marzio reports that he has agreed personal terms with the club which would make him a Cagliari player on a permanent basis.
An agreement between the clubs has not yet been reached, but it is expected that the clubs will soon work towards finalizing details of the Belgian’s move, with an agreement expected to be reached in the coming days.
