Ashley Young looks likely to leave the Giuseppe Meazza, with the Englishman leaning towards the a move to the Premier League, while Andrea Ranocchia intends to stay on for another season.

This according to the print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who claim that Young has decided on rejecting the one-year extension to his contract offered by Inter.

The 35-year-old views a move back to his home country as better for his family, and so will look for a move to the Premier League with offers from multiple clubs already thought to have arrived.

Ranocchia, meanwhile, is content to stay in Milan, and will likely sign the one-year extension offered by the Nerazzurri.

19-year-old French midfielder Lucien Agoume’s contract extension at Inter is also expected to be confirmed very soon, with the young player ready to meet with new Inter manager Simone Inzaghi and the rest of the Nerazzurri squad.
