Reported Inter target Manuel Lazzari is not looking to depart from the Stadio Olimpico this summer, according to reports.

This from Italian news outlet FCInter1908 who report that the 27-year-old Italian is happy at the capital club, and wants to play under new head coach Maurizio Sarri.

The Italian has a good relationship with incoming Inter manager Simone Inzaghi, who considered his qualities perfect for the wide role in his tactical system during the pair’s time together at Lazio.

However, the wing-back is not looking for a reunion with his manager of the past two seasons for the time being, and would prefer to stay at his current club where Sarri could find a new role for him.

It is not clear whether the new Lazio manager would like to use Lazzari as a full-back or a winger, given that he prefers to use a back-four system rather than Inzaghi’s 3-5-2, but the 27-year-old is said to hope to impress Sarri in training so that he can play well in a new role.
