Lazio’s Stefan Radu is expected to hold talks with Inter about the possibility of joining the Nerazzurri on a one-year deal today.

This is according to today’s print edition of Turn-based newspaper Tuttosport, who claim that today will be a decisive day in determining the fate of the 34-year-old Romanian.

Radu’s contract with the Bianconeri expires at the end of the month, and it is thought that new Inter boss Simone Inzaghi is keen to bring the player to the Giuseppe Meazza to join the defensive rotation having worked with him for five seasons together in Rome.

Lazio are also hoping to renew the player’s deal, so the outcome of talks today could play a key role in seeing where the Romanian plays next season.

Meanwhile, Tuttosport report, Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia looks set to accept the one-year extension offered by the Nerazzurri, with the 33-year-old’s contract running out on June 30.
