Fiorentina goalkeeper Bartlomiej Dragowski appears to be at the top of Inter’s list of candidates for a long-term replacement for current Nerazzurri Number One Samir Handanovic.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that Inter have shifted their focus to the 23-year-old Pole and now consider him to be their top target in the position.

Inter had been heavily linked with Udinese’s Argentine shot-stopper Juan Musso, but the Friuli club’s economic demands for the 27-year-old were thought to be too high for the Nerazzurri.

The club have shifted focus in recent days towards the Fiorentina player, who impressed last season at the Artemio Franchi and could come cheaper than the Udinese man.

However, one complication that has arisen in any pursuit of the Pole has come in the form of Fiorentina’s appointed manager for next season Gennaro Gattuso departing the club suddenly.

The Italian’s exit could change the situation as La Viola look to reassess their plans for next season, but the Nerazzurri are still looking to bring in Dragowski.

Inter are considering the possibility of including 25-year-old midfielder Stefano Sensi in a deal for Dragowski, with the Italian thought to have a similar market value to the Inter target.

Sensi is still thought to be in Inter manager Simone Inzaghi’s plans, especially with the absence of the stricken Christian Eriksen limiting his midfield options.

However, if he could be used in a deal for Dragowski Inter may still consider sanctioning his exit.
