Inter are considering taking Chelsea players Marcos Alonso or Davide Zappacosta as part of a deal for Moroccan wing-back Achraf Hakimi.

This is according to UK broadcaster Sky Sports , who claimed earlier today that the London club have jumped ahead of rivals Paris Saint-Germain in the race for the Moroccan’s signature with their offers of the two players.

Both Chelsea and PSG are reported to have already offered the Nerazzurri €60 million for Hakimi, but this is not said to be sufficient, with Inter valuing the 22-year-old more highly.

However, both clubs have been exploring the possibility of convincing Inter to part ways with the Moroccan by increasing the value of their offers with the inclusion of players in the deal.

Chelsea appear to have made more headway in this regard, with Inter currently reported to be willing to make a deal with the Blues which reduces the fee demanded if the London club send Alonso or Zappacosta the other way as part of the deal.

More developments are expected in the coming hours, according to Sky.
