Inter winger Ivan Perisic could return to the Bundesliga this summer, with two German clubs vying for his signature.

Thus according to Italian media outlet L’Interista, who report that contacts have been made for the Croatian by the likes of Hertha Berlin and Wolfsburg.

The 32-year-old established his reputation in Germany with Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg before making a move to the Nerazzurri, and also appeared for Bayern Munich on loan in the 2019-20 season, where he won the treble.

Perisic still has many admirers in the Bundesliga, and offers could come in to Inter from Germany.

After returning to the Giuseppe Meazza from his loan in Bavaria, the Croatian worked his way into then-Inter coach Antonio Conte’s plans, making 42 appearances and scoring five goals in all competitions as the Nerazzurri won the scudetto for the first time in eleven years.

However, it is thought that Inter are looking to sell the Croatian, who has one year left on his contract and could still bring in a substantial transfer fee.
