Netherlands right-back Denzel Dumfries has emphasised how he is not interested in the transfer circus surrounding his name right now during a press conference.

During a Netherlands Euro 2020 press conference, Denzel Dumfries was asked about the rumours linking him with a transfer to either Inter or Bayern Munich this summer.

The PSV Eindhoven player has impressed many with his attacking displays during the Netherlands two opening wins over Ukraine and Austria. Denzel Dumfries scored a goal in each of the games.

“I don’t care. At the moment I’m focused on this tournament. I play my football as I always do. But there is still a lot of room for improvement. I want to grow in knowing how to choose the right position in the possession phase, in the passages, so that I can make the right choice in advance and improve my performance.”

The 25-year-old has never played for a team outside of the Eredivisie so it is likely he would be open to moving to either of the clubs linked with him as it stands. before joining PSV Eindhoven in 2018 he played for SC Heerenveen and Sparta Rotterdam.

The fee would likely be around the €20 million mark which as things stand is too much for Inter. They need to sell players first.
