Inter have identified Sassuolo’s Giacomo Raspadori as a replacement for Lautaro Martinez should he be sold this summer, according to a report in the Italian media.
As has been reported by TMW, the youngster from Sassuolo is who the Nerazzurri will move for if somebody bids the correct price for Lautaro Martinez in the coming weeks.
Giacomo Raspadori has had a breakout season for the Neroverdi this year and is now attracting the attention of many top clubs. He was a surprise pick in Roberto Mancini’s Italy squad for Euro 2020, although he hasn’t yet had any minutes in the first two games.
Inter are willing to sell Lautaro Martinez if the asking price of €90 million is met. Due to the similarities in physique and technical ability between the Argentine and Giacomo Raspadori, Inter believes he would represent an ideal cheaper option.
The expected price would be around the €20 million mark.
