Inter could look to sign Robin Gosens from Atalanta, with the German considered an option to strengthen the left side of Simone Inzaghi’s squad.

This according to Itallian news outlet Tuttomercatoweb.com who claim that the Nerazzurri would look to sign him only once Achraf Hakimi is sold from the club, with the player’s €40 million valuation a major outlay.

Gosens has been a key player for the Bergamo-based club since his arrival in 2017.

The 26-year-old has impressed at the Euros in Germany’s first two group stage games, scoring against Portugal, and has attracted interest from numerous European clubs.

The Nerazzurri are thought to have admired the player for some time, and his position on the left is thought to be one which the club are prioritizing strengthening for new coach Inzaghi.

The player is thought to be amendable to a move to the Giuseppe Meazza, and his wages are between €2.5 and 3 million, an amount which could be accommodated by the Nerazzurri.

However, any movement for the Atalanta man will only happen once Hakimi is sold, with PSG and Chelsea thought to be stepping up their pursuit of the Moroccan.
