Young Inter midfielder Lorenzo Favioli is a target of Serie B side Reggina who are also looking to renew the loan of Honduran international Rigoberto Rivas.

This according to today’s print edition of Southern Italian newspaper Gazzetta del Sud, who report that the Calabrian club are currently the favourites to sign the 21-year-old on loan for next season.

Reggina are currently in talks with the Nerazzurri about the future of Rivas, with the 22-year-old having spent the past two seasons on loan at the club.

Gavioli spent last season on loan with Serie C side Feralpisalo, where he impressed and caught the attention of several Italian clubs, but it is thought that Reggina are currently the club in the most advanced negotiations with Inter for a loan move for the player, and can get a deal done this week.

Gavioli made 25 appearances and scored one goal for Feralpisalo last season, potentially earning himself a move up one division to Serie B.
