Inter goalkeeper Andrei Radu could depart from the Giuseppe Meazza this summer, with Spanish club Real Sociedad reportedly interested in a loan move for the player.

Italian news outlet L’Interista report that the player would likely remain second choice behind Samir Handanovic next season after finding playing time hard to come by under Antonio Conte, and could seek regular football elsewhere.

The 24-year-old Romanian has recently been linked with a loan move to La Real, with the possibility thought to have been discussed with Inter management by the player’s agent Beppe Riso after the San Sebastian club made their interest known in the past days.

However, no concrete movement towards a departure for the player has yet been observed.

Radu’s future will be an important part of the goalkeeping rotation at the Nerazzurri next season, with the club having brought in Crotone’s Alex Cordaz to replace Daniele Padelli as third-choice keeper and the club are thought to be tracking several potential candidates for a new second-choice option behind Handanovic.
