Inter look to have identified Fiorentina’s Bartolmiej Dargowski as top target to replace current Nerazzurri Number One Samir Handanovic.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 23-year-old Pole is firmly in the Nerazzurri’s sights.

Inter are thought to be targeting a goalkeeper in the summer who will first act as Handanovic’s deputy next season (with the Slovenian set to stay on at least one more season) but then look to replace the 36-year-old in the long term.

Many names have been mentioned as possibilities in the past weeks, but it is reported that the Nerazzurri’s preference is for Dragowski.

The Pole joined Fiorentina from Jagiellonia Bialystok in 2016, impressing in particular during his loan spell at Empoli in Serie A during the 2018-19 season, and he has been first-choice at La Viola for the past two seasons.

It is reported that Dragowski’s agent is well aware of interest in his client.
