Inter-owned Goalkeeper Gabriel Brazao could join a Serie B club in the summer, according to reports.

This from Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 20-year-old could go out on loan to a club in Italy’s second division after returning to the Nerazzurri from a loan spell with Spanish club Real Oviedo last season.

The Brazilian’s loan at Oviedo was his second consecutive season in the Spanish Segunda Division, with the player having been at Albacete on loan the previous season.

The young goalkeeper has showed promise in his past two seasons in Spain, prompting a call-up to Brazil’s Olympic national team.

Additionally, other clubs have had their interest piqued by the player’s performances, including clubs in Portugal, Russia, and Belgium, although a third spell in Spain’s second division or a move to a Serie B club appear the most likely.

The player’s contract expires in June 2024, and it remains to be seen how the Nerazzurri will approach his situation, although it is thought that he could join up with Simone Inzaghi and the first team should another club not be found for the player by the time Inter’s training resumes next month.
