Inter will be forced to wait until new Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri has evaluated his squad before they can try to open talks for Manuel Lazzari this summer, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Sport Mediaset, there are any obstacles between Inter and the signature of Lazio’s Manuel Lazzari but a deal is not impossible. One of the main obstacles is that Maurizio Sarri wants to see all his players in training before he decides who can be sold and who is untouchable.

Another is that the relationship between Inter and Lazio president Claudio Lotito is not good right now because of the way Inter poached Simone Inzaghi from the Romans just as he seemed set to sign a new contract.

As well as that, Claudio Lotito has his hands full with the sale of his second club Salernitana. They gained promotion to Serie A last season, but FIGC rules do not allow you to own two clubs in Serie A.
