Hellas Verona could be willing to include their goalkeeper, Marco Silvestri, in a deal for Inter left-back Federico Dimarco this summer, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Verona-based newspaper L’Arena, Hellas Verona are not giving up on their pursuit of Federico Dimarco who was a key player for them last season whilst on loan from Inter. The 23-year-old made 35 appearances for the Gialloblu, scoring five goals and setting up five more in Serie A.

Inter are believed to be pursuing a future replacement for their first-choice goalkeeper, Samir Handanovic, because he is turning 37-years-old next month and will likely retire soon.

The chance to get the 30-year-old Marco Silvestri as part of a deal for Federico Dimarco could definitely interest the Nerazzurri, although it will likely depend on what left-back targets they manage to sign themselves this summer as they pursue multiple players.
