A star of Inter’s Primavera side could be set to leave the club on loan next season in order to get a taste of real first-team football, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by FcINternews, Gaetano Oristanio is of major interest to Serie B side Cremonese and they are soon going to enter talks with the Nerazzurri to arrange a season-long loan for the 18-year-old.

The sporting director at Cremonese, Ariedo Braida, is a big fan of the youngster and hopes that he can help the side from Lombardy next season. It is not yet clear what the terms of the loan will be but it could include an option for Cremonese to buy the player if he impresses during the loan spell and Inter do not decide to bring him back.

The 18-year-old midfielder has scored five goals and got three assists this season.
