Inter are looking to move striker Andrea Pinamonti on from the club next season, with Empoli emerging among clubs with an interest in the 22-year-old.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri do not feel that the player has a future at the club and would like to sell him permanently, though at the moment all clubs interested in the player are thought to prefer a loan move.

Serie A newcomers Empoli are in the hunt for a center-forward who is young, but still has experience in the top flight, and Pinamonti meets their criteria

The player has made 63 appearances in Serie A, with loans at Frosinone and Genoa making the bulk of his playing time, and has scored eleven top flight goals.

This profile of both youth and experience could make Pinamonti an attractive target to a club in Empoli’s position.

However, the Serie A newcomers are thought to struggle with a permanent deal for the player economically, something which could be a problem for the Nerazzurri in their efforts to find a new club for the 22-year-old.
