Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin could arrive at Inter in the summer, with the Gunners potentially willing to accept an initial loan offer for the 26-year-old.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Spaniard is a target for the Nerazzurri as they search for a bargain to replace the soon-to-depart Achraf Hakimi.

The Nerazzurri are looking to bring in players on both the right and left wings in the transfer window, but would prefer to stick to a tight budget in doing so.

On the right hand side PSV’s Denzel Dumfries is a target but could be problematic to acquire given a price tag in excess of €20 million, while Chelsea’s Davide Zappacosta could arrive cheaply.

However, Bellerin has emerged as a serious target for the club, with the intention being to sign him on loan initially before possibly signing him on a permanent basis next summer when there is greater liquidity to the transfer budget.

It is now thought that the London club are contemplating allowing the Spaniard to leave on an initial loan, and with contacts made between the Nerazzurri and Bellerin’s agent progress could be seen on this move.

Meanwhile, Patrick Van Aanholt has emerged as a serious target on the left side for the Nerazzurri, with the Dutchman now out of contract with Crystal Palace and a potential arrival without a transfer fee.
