Inter are close to bringing in 17-year-old Danish midfielder Silas Andersen from Copenhagen FC.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his site that the two clubs are close to reaching an agreement on the player.

Andersen is considered to be a highly promising talent, and is currently captain of Copernhagen’s Under-19 team.

The young midfielder has also made appearances in various youth levels with the Danish national team, and is thought of in the country as a player whose progress should be monitored closely.

Andersen will join the Nerazzurri’s youth sector, and is considered an important signing for the future, though his age means that he is not likely to contribute to the senior team in the short term.

The player visited Milan a few weeks ago, and it is now thought that he is ready to sign a contract with the Nerazzurri.
