New Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is hoping to have at least two new signings sorted by the time pre-season officially starts on the 8th July, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, the ex-Lazio boss does not want the club’s transfer dealings to drag on too much this summer as he wants some time with a finished squad all together to prepare for their title defence.

The upcoming sale of Achraf Hakimi means that Inter can now begin to focus on the players they want to sign, even though many more outgoings of fringe players are expected in the coming weeks.

Right-back and left-back are the priority positions, and this is assumedly where Simone Inzaghi would like to have two new players by pre-season.

Hector Bellerin is the most likely right-back target to be signed, and reports suggest that Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso is now the primary left-back signing.
