Talks are ongoing about the possibility of a move by Inter for Monaco’s Keita Balde, with the striker open to a move and the Nerazzurri in contact with his representatives.

This according to SportItalia journalist Gianluigi Longari, who reported on air as well as in a tweet that the Senegalese forward intends to leave the principality club this summer.

Should he depart, Inter could be a viable destination for the 26-year-old, especially given the possibility of a reunion with former manager Simone Inzaghi.

Balde enjoyed the best form of his career with the Biancocelesti, notching an impressive sixteen goals during his final season in Rome, and the player could fancy linking up with the former Lazio boss at Inter for next season.

The Senegalese has already spent one season on loan at the Giuseppe Meazza, during the 2018-19 season, and he could look to return this summer, with discussions about a prospective move ongoing with the player’s agents ongoing.
