Inter defender Andrew Gravillon looks set to depart from the Giuseppe Meazza this summer, with French club Reims his destination.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Frenchman’s move to the Ligue 1 side appears close at hand.

Gravillon spent last season on loan with Lorient, where his performances caught the eye of a number of French clubs, with several teams thought to have expressed interest.

It appears to be Reims whose pursuit of the 23-year-old is the most serious, as the side who finished 14th last season in Ligue 1 have a deal worked out already and will confirm the defender for next season soon.

The deal is reported to be for a fee of around €4 million, and the Nerazzurri will view the revenue for a fringe player as a positive as they look to bring in cash from any sources they can to help meet financial targets in the summer.
