Inter New Boy Hakan Calhanoglu To Join Rest Of Nerazzurri Squad For Pre-Season Training Next Week, Italian Media Report

Hakan Calhanoglu will arrive at Inter’s pre-season training camp next week, with the player’s vacation set to end.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Turkish midfielder will join the rest of the squad at the end of his three weeks of vacation.

The squad have convened this week for the first time under new head coach Simone Inzaghi, with the pre-season training camp beginning yesterday, but new signing Calhanoglu has not yet joined his teammates.

Like all players on international duty during the summer, the 27-year-old has been given three weeks to rest and recover from his international exploits and the club season, and with the former AC Milan midfielder having participated in the Euros with Turkey he is still not required to be with the squad.

However, next week he will join with the rest of the team, where he will get his first taste of being a Nerazzurri player.
