New Inter goalkeeper Alex Cordaz has revealed how thrilled he is to finally be back at the club that he started his career with, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking during an interview with Inter, Alex Cordaz’s was asked the exact same questions as when he was last interviewed by the club in 2001.

When asked about the player he is most impressed with in the team in 2001 he gave the answer of Walter Zenga. This time he stated that Romelu Lukaku is the most impressive player that Inter have right now.

The ex-Crotone goalkeeper then explained that he has always felt like Inter is his real family and that coming back to the Nerazzurri is a dream come true.

“Today being part of Inter means returning home, to the team that I have always felt is a family. The feelings are always positive.”

Alex Cordaz is now 38-years-old but he came through at the Inter academy. He was then sold to Treviso in 2006 but has found his way back to his first club.
