Inter do not want to be dragged into a long transfer saga in their efforts to sell Dalbert this summer, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by L’Interista, Inter are at risk of taking too long to sell the Brazilian left-back and not having enough time to reinvest the funds into the squad.

The Brazilian had an offer from Trabzonspor in Turkey but he has decided that he does not want to move there. The bid from the Super Lig club was €5 million which is less than Inter would have liked.

CSKA Moscow are interested too but Russian clubs can now only have eight foreign players so they will have to sell players before they can make a move. Inter may be open to a loan with an obligation to buy the player for a set fee as his contract runs out in 2023.

Joao Mario’s move to Sporting Lisbon or Benfica has dragged on for weeks and Inter doesn’t want the same to happen with Dalbert.
