Belgian defender Zinho Vanheusden and Joao Mario are close to being the next players to leave Inter this summer as the clearout continues, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport today, Inter are working fast to get as many fringe players out the door whether it be on permanent deals or loan transfer.

Zinho Vanheusden has returned from his most recent loan at Standard Liege but it seems he is not going to part of the first team set up. He is very close to joining Genoa on loan to build up his Serie A experience.

As for Joao Mario, concrete news is expected very soon about his proposed move to Benfica in Liga NOS. Portuguese great Rui Costa has just been appointed as President of Benfica so that has slowed the negotiations down a little.

Radja Nainggolan’s move to Cagliari still appears set to drag on through the summer.
