Russian Premier League side CSKA Moscow have reiterated their interest in Inter left-back Dalbert but still haven’t made an official bid, Italian media report.

As has been reported by FCInter1908, the Russian side have come forward again and made their intentions clear to Inter that they would like to sign the Brazilian. That being said, only Turkish side Trabzonspor have actually made a real move for the player as of yet.

The Turkish Super Lig side agreed on a one-year loan with an obligation to buy the player for €7 million at the end of the season but Dalbert is not keen on moving to Trabzonspor. The reasons are not yet clear why.

CSKA Moscow has the issue of Russian regulations that state a team can now only have eight foreign players. The rules are in place to try and ensure Russian players get plenty of game time and subsequently improve the quality of the national team.
