There is some interest in Atalanta’s Hans Hateboer from Inter as a potential Achraf Hakimi replacement, but it is only an exploratory consideration.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri’s main target to replace the Moroccan is Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin.

With Hakimi’s sale to Paris Saint-Germain having been completed last week, bringing in a replacement is a priority for the Nerazzurri, and Hateboer could potentially be an option as a right-sided player with a similar profile to the departed Inter wing-back.

However, no serious movement has been made for the player who remains only a distant target, with no negotiations having taken place as of yet between Inter and Atalanta.

Bellerin, meanwhile, has been the subject of extensive talks between the Nerazzurri and his current club Arsenal, with the Spaniard lined up more concretely as a replacement for Hakimi on the right side of Simone Inzaghi’s squad.
