Inter Primavera striker Gaetano Pio Oristanio’s future could be in Serie B, with second division sides Cremonense and Frosinone among the clubs tracking him.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the 18-year-old could be sold in the summer.

The young striker was an important part of Armando Madonna’s Primavera side last season, though his future is not at the moment clear.

However, a departure to a Serie B side could be the right move for the young attacker’s development.

It is not yet known how strong the interest of the clubs pursuing the 18-year-old is, nor whether the Nerazzurri would accept an offer from any of them.

Were Oristanio to depart, he could leave on loan or on a permanent basis, with the nature of the deal likely to depend on whether the Nerazzurri view him as having a potential future in the first time, in which case he would be loaned out with a view to gaining experience.

If not, however, the striker could be sold permanently.
