Inter are not in talks with Swedish giants Malmö FF’s young Bosnian international defender Anel Ahmedhodzic, Bosnian media report.

According to a report from Bosnian journalist Haris Mrkonja for Ba.n1info.com, there is concrete interest in Ahmedhodzic from the Serie A but not from the Nerazzurri.

Napoli have made an offer of €6 million whilst Atalanta are willing to pay €8 million but Malmö FF are holding out for €10 million for the young defender.

However, Inter, the report continues, are not currently in a financial position to make an offer at that level to sign the former Nottingham Forest player.

Ahmedhodzic came up through the ranks at Malmö FF leaving the club for Nottingham Forest in 2016 making his professional debut for the club against Newcastle United at the age of 17.

He returned to Malmö FF in January 2019 and has overall featured 56 times for the club across all competitions scoring three goals in the process, helping the club win the Swedish title last season.
