Inter have set their asking price for Fiorentina target Stefano Sensi, who they are reported to value at no less than €15 million.

This according to Florence-based newspaper La Nazione, who report in today’s print edition that La Viola are in talks for the player and would like to bring him in on loan for next season with a compulsory obligation to buy.

Sensi is thought to be a player admired by new Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi, and the Italian tactician is working with him in training in the hopes that the 25-year-old can contribute regularly in the squad going forward.

The Italian midfielder has had his appearances for the Nerazzurri curtailed by injuries since joining from Sassuolo in the summer of 2019, though he has shown in flashes his considerable talents.

La Viola are thought to like the player and consider him a target, though the Nerazzurri have made clear that they would only consider his sale for the right price.
