Fiorentina have yet to accelerate their attempts to sign midfielder Stefano Sensi from Inter, with the player reportedly a target for La Viola.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that for the moment the Tuscan club have not stepped up their efforts with regard to the 25-year-old, though he is still a target.

Sensi is not believed to be a player who the Nerazzurri are intent on selling, but should the right offer it is possible that the player could be on his way.

Fiorentina are thought to have made their interest in the midfielder clear, with the player thought of as potentially being a key midfield reinforcement for new coach Stefano Sensi.

However, for the moment their interest in the player is at a standstill, and it remains to be seen if they look to seriously try and convince the Nerazzurri to part ways with the player.
