Inter Primavera goalkeeper Filip Stankovic is close to a loan move to Dutch side Volendam, with only the exchange of final documents left to complete the move.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the Serbian will depart on a dry loan to the Dutch second division side.

Stankovic showed good form as the first-choice keeper in Armando Madonna’s Primavera side last season, and it is thought that the club consider a loan move to be the ideal next step as the player looks to gain senior experience and develop his game.

Volendam had emerged as a possible destination for a loan for the 19-year-old, and now the move appears to be all but done and the player should be playing in the Netherlands next season.

The Erste Divisie side enjoyed success with young Inter striker Samuele Mulattieri last season, and will hope that they can get similar performances from another Nerazzurri loanee in Stankovic.
