Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Inter defender Milan Skriniar, but the 26-year-old has no desire to leave his current club.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Slovak defender is happy at in Milan and has no intention of leaving the Giuseppe Meazza this summer.

Skriniar has been a key performer for the Nerazzurri since joining from Sampdoria in the summer of 2017, and he shone as a part of Antonio Conte’s backline as the club won the Scudetto last season.

New head coach Simone Inzaghi will hope to have the Slovak’s services for next season, although Tottenham have identified him as a target as the London-based club look to identify a center-back to reinforce the defensive options available to new coach Nuno Espirito Santo.

However, it is thought that the defender will rebuff the interest of the English club as he wants to stay at Inter.
