Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti could be on his way to Cagliari, with the Rossoblu ready to move for 22-year-old should Giovanni Simeone depart.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the Sardinian club have identified Pinamonti as an attacking target for next season.

Pinamonti is thought to be a player who the Nerazzurri have put in the shop window for the summer, with the young striker having found playing time difficult to come by last season under Antonio Conte and likely to have his minutes restricted next season under Simone Inzaghi as well.

So far no concrete offers have come in for the player which the Nerazzurri would consider despite interest from several clubs, though Cagliari’s situation could prompt them to step up their interest.

Rossoblu striker Giovanni Simeone is thought to be a target for French club Marseille, and should they bring the Argentine in, the Sardinian club will look to replace him and Pinamonti could be who they look to sign.
