Inter will have to pay €7-8 million for Moncao striker Keita Balde should they wish to sign the 26-year-old.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Ligue 1 side have given the Nerazzurri their asking price for the attacker.

Simone Inzaghi has worked with Balde in the past, with the Senegalese striker having enjoyed his best goalscoring season under the current Inter boss during his final season at Lazio.

It is thought that a reunion between the pair is something that the club is considering, as they look to ensure that a sufficient complement of strong attacking options are availability to Inzaghi.

However, the club will likely have to make some sales before they can consider a move for Balde on a financial level, with the asking price of €7-8 million in addition to the player’s net €2.8 million wages which he currently earns potentially more than the club can outlay at present.
