Inter will need to offload one of their existing strikeforce if they are to make a move to bring Keita Balde back to the club, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, Inter are still keeping the Monaco forward in their heads as a possible reinforcement of a higher quality than they currently have.

The player that would likely have to leave the club in order to make space both physically and financially for Keita Balde is Andrea Pinamonti. The young forward is currently attempting to impress new boss Simone Inzaghi during pre-season whilst the big hitters in the squad are still on holiday.

It is thought that Keita Balde would return to Inter in an instant if a deal was struck between the two clubs. He had a loan spell with the Nerazzurri in 2018/19 where he featured 25 times, picking up five goals.
