Inter striker Romelu Lukaku is the only striker at the club who will definitely still be there next season, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, the future’s of almost the entire Inter forward line have uncertain futures. Romelu Lukaku is the only one who has made it absolutely clear that he will not be moving on this summer.
Lautaro Martinez is awaiting the start of contract talks with the club but the financial situation makes that tricky. It has become evident that should someone make a bid of around €90 million for the Argentine, that would be accepted.
Alexis Sanchez is also in a complicated contract situation. He wants to stay at Inter and Simone Inzaghi also wants him to provide effective backup to Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez. The club wants him to spread his salary cost over a longer time frame.
Andrea Pinamonti could also still be loaned out or sold.
