Inter CEO Beppe Marotta will now reassess his plans for the transfer market following Inter’s first friendly against FC Lugano yesterday evening, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Beppe Marotta will now be focusing on the two wings as he looks to give Simone Inzaghi the best team possible to defend their Serie A title that was won under Antonio Conte.

As each friendly goes by, new information about players becomes available to Simone Inzaghi and the club hierarchy. For example, it now looks like Federico Dimarco will be a part of Inter’s squad next season.

That does not mean the Nerazzurri will stop pursuing Alex Telles however it is believed is keen to return to Inter for a second stint.

Attention will also heavily be on the right-hand side where Nahitan Nandez and Hector Bellerin are both loan targets.
