Two Inter players have suffered from minor physical problems during training with the Nerazzurri squad, with defender Aleksandar Kolarov and striker Eddie Salcedo both picking up knocks.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the pair are currently dealing with the injuries.

It is not yet known the severity of the physical issues, although they are not believed to be serious injuries.

Kolarov has re-joined the rest of the Inter squad after having renewed his contract, set to expire this summer, for one additional season.

The 35-year-old Serbian will hope that he can quickly put his physical problems behind him and get back to working with the squad and preparing for the upcoming season as he looks to remain a reliable option available to head coach Simone Inzaghi.

Salcedo, meanwhile, re-joins Inter after two seasons on loan with Hellas Verona, and he will want to quickly regain fitness so that he can impress the new coach.
