Midfielders Marcelo Brozovic and Stefano Sensi will rejoin the rest of the Inter squad today to take part in pre-season training.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the pair are set to arrive from their holidays.

Sensi had already spent a significant amount of time in the training camp, both working with the squad and new manager Simone Inzaghi, and doing individual exercises to strengthen his muscles in light of his injury struggles.

The 25-year-old departed for his wedding and honeymoon over the weekend, but he is now set to return and start participating in training again.

Brozovic, meanwhile, returns after his vacation taken after exit from EURO 2020 with Croatia.

As with a number of Nerazzurri players, Brozovic was involved with international duty immediately after the lengthy club season, but after exiting the Euros at the quarter-final stage he enjoyed time off and is now ready to begin preparing for the upcoming club season.
