Inter have announced that new shirt sponsor Socios.com will make their debut on the team’s kit during the Florida Cup match against Arsenal on Sunday.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the commencement of the pre-season tournament this weekend will also mark the debut of the Nerazzurri’s new sponsor.

Socios.com has been officially announced as the sponsor that will replace the outgoing Pirelli, after the tire manufacturer ended their 26-year-old partnership with the Nerazzurri.

The blockchain company which promotes “fan tokens” as a means of engagement with football clubs has agreed a deal with the Nerazzurri worth around €20 million per season, less than the €30 million that the club were hoping for, but which they will come close to reaching through the amounts received from Lenovo sponsoring the back of the shirt and an as-yet-unnamed sleeve sponsor.

The Florida Cup match will represent the first unveiling of the new sponsor on a football pitch in a match setting for Inter.
