Inter could look to bring in Sergino Dest from Barcelona, though the Blaugranas are not thought to consider him for sale.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 20-year-old would be seen as a replacement for Achraf Hakimi on the right side of the pitch.
Dest arrived at the Camp Nou from Ajax last summer, and despite having spent only a season with the club he could depart already with the club having a number of other options in his position.
However, despite the return of right-back Emerson Royal from Real Betis and Sergi Roberto’s continued presence in the squad, the Catalan giants are still intent on keeping Dest in their squad.
Should the Blaugranas change their stance, the Nerazzurri could make a move for the US international, but as it stands he does not appear to be a viable target to replace Hakimi.
