Details have been revealed about the contract between Inter and new shirt sponsor Socios.com.

Franco Vanni, journalist for Italian news outlet la Repubblica, reports in a tweet on his Twitter account, that the partnership is a four-year deal, with the Nerazzurri having signed a one-year contract with an option to extend a further three years.

Socios.com has been reported as the likely replacement for Pirelli for some time, with the Italian tyre manufacturer’s 26-year partnership with the Nerazzurri having ended, and the partnership was officially confirmed today.

It is thought that the shirt sponsorship will bring in earnings of around €30 million including the revenue from Lenovo’s sponsorship of the back of the shirt and an as-yet-unnamed sleeve sponsor, though the bulk of the earnings will be from Socios.com.

The partnership is for this season, with an option to extend the sponsorship for at least three more seasons at the end of the upcoming one.
