Inter’s top target on the right side of the pitch remains Cagliari’s Nahitan Nandez despite Davide Zappacosta and Alessandro Florenzi being offered to the club by their agent Alessandro Lucci.

This according to Italian news outlet L’Interista, who report that the Nerazzurri’s priority is still getting a deal done for Nandez, though other options are also on the market.

The Nerazzurri’s search for a right-sided player to take the place of Achraf Hakimi in the team has been ongoing throughout the transfer window, with the Moroccan having been sold to Paris Saint-Germain.

A number of names have come up in the search, ranging from preferred options to lower-cost targets, and Zappacosta and Florenzi are both players who have come into consideration.

However, the club have stepped up their pursuit of Nandez in recent days, with the versatile Uruguayan’s proficiency at filling in on the right seen as making him an ideal option for the position, and it is his arrival which they are working towards over other candidates.
